How do I register my home to be put on the Tour of Homes?
The Builder will contact Christine Munsey to obtain the registration documents, or fill out the initial Home Registration form, to submit to get started on the process.
What are the requirements to put a home on the Tour of Homes?
The home must be a new construction home built within 12 months, we do not accept remodeled homes unless they are 90% remodeled – by exception only.
You must be an active COBA member, pay the fee, and supply completed registration paperwork. View the list of required documents here.
How should I plan my visits?
We recommend downloading the Tour app to utilize in planning your visit. You can sort by locations, price or other features to fit the homes you wish to visit.
What are all the ways I can view the homes?
You can view the homes virtually on our website, pick up a Tour of Homes Guide from the COBA office, that comes out through the Bulletin or at any of the participating houses.
Do I need to get a ticket in advance?
NO! The Tour is a FREE event, and you can come and go as you please during the designated times/dates similar to an open house.
Fridays: 12:00pm to 6:00pm and Saturday/Sundays: 10:00am-5:00pm
Will there be representatives from the builder in the homes that I can talk to?
Yes! Each home will be staffed by the specific builder & their team. They will be there to answer all of your questions!
When will homes be available online to view?
Homes will be available to view online by the first weekend of the Tour of Homes.
How do I become involved in the Tour of Homes if I am a subcontractor, supplier or associate?
You will need to work directly with the Builder in order to participate on a Tour Home. If you are interested in sponsorship, contact Mandy.
